services from The NASO Atelier. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with
these terms.
Ordering and Customization
• Bespoke Orders: All of our garments are made-to-order and customized according to
client specifications. The design, materials, and fit are confirmed at the time of the order.
• Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, we will confirm all details and provide an
estimated delivery timeline. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, variations in
design or fabric may occur, which should be viewed as part of the garment’s uniqueness.
• Changes to Orders: Once production has begun, no changes can be made to the
garment’s design, fabric, or measurements. We encourage customers to ensure all
specifications are correct prior to finalizing their order.
Payment
• Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes
unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time, but the price at the
time of your order will apply.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other specified payment
methods at checkout. Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
Shipping
• Shipping Time: Our garments are handcrafted, and standard shipping requires 2-4
weeks depending on the complexity of the garment. A more accurate timeline will be
provided post-order.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional duties or customs
fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delays: The NASO Atelier is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs
clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
• Bespoke Garments: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke clothing, we do not
accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or does not meet the agreed
specifications.
• Faulty Items: If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7
days of receiving the product to arrange a return or repair. We will assess the issue and
either offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
• Fit Adjustments: We strive to ensure that all garments fit perfectly based on the
measurement chart provided. Minor fit adjustments can be made post-delivery at the
customer’s expense if required.
Care Instructions
All garments from The NASO Atelier are made with the finest materials and craftsmanship. We
provide specific care instructions for each piece, and we recommend following them to
maintain the quality and longevity of your garment. The NASO Atelier is not responsible for
damage caused by improper care.
Intellectual Property
All content, including designs, logos, images, and text, on The NASO Atelier website are the
property of The NASO Atelier and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not
copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website or garments without our express written
consent.
Limitation of Liability
The NASO Atelier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to
the total amount paid for the product in question.
